Not-So-Weekly Death Toll

I've been aspiring to post an update on the number of Iraqi civilians that had died each week due to the U.S. invasion. It's been a long time since the numbers I rely upon have been updated.

Now they have been, for whatever reason (maybe like,"War is unpredictable" for example).
Four weeks ago, the civilian death toll was at 1,173,743. Now it's at 1,182,393.
